Description

1864 Two Cent Piece in VG condition.  The "WE" in "IN GOD WE TRUST" on the obverse is not legible, but the date and all other legends are clear.  The rims are complete.  This was the first year of issue of the first U.S. coin to carry the motto "In God We Trust".  Composition is 95% Copper with the remaining 5% comprised of Tin and Zinc.  Shipped by USPS First Class.
