    Description

    Up for bid is a fine 800 silver MALTA souvenir spoon with a painted enamel handle. The spoon is 4 7/8 inches long and weighs 13 grams.  The whole spoon is faintly gilded.  The handle has inset enamel plaques of “MALTA” with a painted harbor scene.  The piece has not been monogrammed.  It is marked “800” with a pine tree and a crown on the handle back.
    Condition on the spoon is good.  There are just normal signs of use and no enamel damage.  A nice little souvenir spoon!
