    Titled SEPIA SPARKLER, this is a vintage original 1957 one page typescript report by Forrest Ackerman on the 1957 Westercon in Hollywood. 8 1/2 x 11, excellent condition, yellowed with age after 60 years!
    Seems to have been written to accompany a photograph described in the text in which Forry Ackerman posed with sf fan FANYE SPARKS who appeared in costume. Other lady fans mentioned include VIKKI DOUGAN, BJO WELLS and MARJII ELLERS. Featured guests were Kris Neville, A.E. van Vogt, Helen Urban and Mark Clifton. Apparently this brief news item was marketed by Forry along with the photo.
    Apparently unpublished as it is not referenced in the book THE FORREST J ACKERMAN OEUVRE by Christopher M. O'Brien (McFarland, 2012).
