This set is complete, the set has been put together to dhie completeness, the 10 guard rails were not added but are present. It has original box and paperwork. So, a few things to note. Primarily, the transformer takes 4 D batteries. This one has a battery rupture. I removed the batteries, wiped out the compartment and other parts. I do not have 4 D batteries, so it is untested. It may or may not work... second, both Mario and YOSHI slot cars have damage to Barack, each missing a “booster rocket”. It should not affect performance, just aesthetics. Third, the paperwork has some leakage on it, again, I gently wiped down with wet cloth, but it has visible damage. Box has shelf wear, creasing- but is complete. Sold as is...
