    This is a 1965 letter from the secretary of William Earl Howe
    (1894-1984), who was the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario,
    Canada, from 1963 to 1968. Rowe also held many other
    political offices during his career.
    The letter is 10" by 8", and is typed on Rowe
    's
    stationery as
    Lieutenant Governor.
    This letter is dated December 16, 1965, and is addressed
    to an American autograph collector.
    The letter was written and signed by Dorothy D. Johnson,
    who was the secretary for
    Lieutenant Governor Rowe.
    The letter
    is in good/very good condition.
