You are bidding on a 8 x 10 black and white  photograph of HMCS Midland K 220, a Flower Class (1940-1941 Short Fo’c’s’le Program) Corvette, which served in the Royal Canadian Navy from 1941 to 1945.
The Midland  began her life on February 24, 1941, at the Midland Shipyards, at Midland, Ontario.  She was launched on June 25, 1941, and was commissioned into the Royal Canadian Navy on November 7, 1941
She was utilized as an ocean escort, was paid off in July 1945, and was broken up, the following year.
Photograph one is undated and shows an overall waterline starboard beam view.
Item two is an 8 x 10 colour statistics sheet showing the ships badge, general characteristics, callsign, trivia and the ensigns she proudly flew.
