1939 Springfield licensed chauffeur badge numbered 00378. Was not able to find any information on this pin. Don't know if this is Springfield, Illinois or Springfield, Missouri or another Springfield in some other state.  Badge is in near mint condition with only a tiny chip in the enamel. Pin is fully functional
