    What it does.
    Removes chlorine and chloramines.
    PH neutral.  Well buffered and will not change your tanks PH levels.

    How to use it.
    When you do your water change, just throw this in your tank and it's instantly declorinated.  The pinch is extremely water soluble and does not need to be pre-mixed.
    Very Fast acting.
    Dosage
    My chlorine remover treats
    5,280 gallons per two ounces
    .
    1/8th a tsp per 55 gallons.  That's just ONE PINCH!
    48 pinches per ounce x2 ounces = 96 water changes for a 55 gallon tank.  25% more water changes for a fraction of the price.
    There is no over dosing with this product.
    Compare to Stress Coat's largest offering of one gallon (128 ounces) with a dosage of two teaspoons per ten gallons of water.
    That's 11 teaspoons per 55 gallons --11 tsp = 1.833 oz
    128 / 1.833 = 70 water changes for a 55 gallon tank.
    What not to use.
    Don't use sodium thiosulfate
    to declorinate your aquarium!  It may be safe for humans but not for your fish.
    Sodium Thiosulfate
    increases metal toxicity
    ! Don't take my word for it, click the link from the National Institutes of Health.
    Don't use other declorinators that come in liquid form.  Why pay shipping for water?
    Extreme example.  In the video below I've used regular tap-water in an experiment.
    I show the tap contains some chlorine.
    I pollute the tap water with one ounce of Clorox liquid bleach. (chlorine)
    I then add the de-clorinator to the water.
    Finally I add a chlorine sensitive guppy to the water. (He lived and was unharmed.)
