Original mailing envelope with 2 cent  U.S. Postage--Bulk Rate stamped onto envelope.  Also Englewood, N.J. in circle and customer name and address with 11-59 date.  I covered up the name and address on the envelope in attached scan.

White 2-sided flyer advertising same "Television Servicing" book; New 3rd edition; Transistorized TV-Color-Printed Circuits-All Latest Developments. Letter stamped with signature of Robert Spencer, Parker Publishing Co.
2-sided Business Reply Card with address and postage info on one side, book ordering info on other side.  Book was available for .75 plus shipping and handling.  Sent on free trial--and customer paid for within 10 days.
I will place the item inside a plastic sleeve and add a piece of white foam board for stability while mailing by USPS First Class in a bubble envelope.
