    Two 1960, one 1963 Letters Concerning Building I-81 in WV and Loss of House/Farm. From William B. Campbell, Martinsburg, West Virginia.  The two 1960 letters are complaining about the placement of the new highway and hoping it can be moved.  Also the losses Mr. Campbell has already incurred due to not being able to build a new hog house with highway construction starting shortly.  The third letter is hoping to rent his house and property to the highway commission for storage/testing of stone.   VG
    condition. Some edge and corner wear, normal mailing folds, some soiling.   I use a poor/fair/good/very good/excellent/mint grading system and grade very conservatively (see my feedback).
