(I don't see any ink inside, but it writes, may be its just the ink on the nib, not sure, because it doesn't stop to write for long time).
Cosmetic condition: i would describe it like
near excellent
(there are some teeth marks on blind cap and faded gold on cap ring, but those are minor flaws considering its age, the pen looks fantastic).
