    Lot of 14  World War 1 Homefront Pins. Most unusual is the
    Liberty V Loan with YD attached
    .  YD is the logo for the 26th Division, the "Yankee Division"  also;  (2) Selective Service Draft Registered pins;  (4) WSS, War Work Campaign, YMCA and Victory Boys;  (6) Liberty Loans;  and  (1) Victory Hall Association.  Overall Great Condition, (see specific photos)
    The rarest pin in this lot is the
    LIBERTY V LOAN
    with a hard
    YD
    attachment.  This YD was the logo for the
    26th Division,
    the
    Yankee Division
    a Massachusetts Division, primarily from the Boston area.

    I Am Enrolled.  In 1918, the United War Work Campaign (see pins above) organized 7 groups, (including the TMCA, Jewish Welfare Board, and the Salvation Army) to encourage American youth to earn money and then donate to support the cause.  Boys who raised and donated received this Victory Boys enrollment pin. 3/4" Lithograph, surface edge wear (common for these pins)
